Football Coach – Foundation Sports (East London & Essex)
Responsibilities 
This involves me, along side another coach, coaching children aged 5-10. This involves me being very organised and switched on as I am responsible for children under 18. I have to teach a group or 12+ children at a time, delivering skill based specific drills for them to learn.  
 
Accomplishments 
I have learnt how to adapt my coaching style to deliver to young children in a way that they will understand what i am trying to teach them. I also have learned how to deal with any problems that may occur with the kids including medical, physical or clashes of personalities within the children themselves. 
 
Skills Used 
In this job I have been able to use my leadership skills. This has helped me a lot as I am able to get control of the children quickly without having to be a typical harsh coach. I am also able to use my vast football knowledge to get my points across to the children without confusing them.

I handled all aspects of social media for the company. I controlled the creative aspect of picking and choosing what information gets sent out on the chosen Social media path ways. I’m also in charge of the SEO side of things, Google Ad Words, Analytics etc. 
 
Accomplishments 
I was able to sucessfuly set up their social media platforms and maintain them throughout my time there. I also interacted with customers or interested parties whenever they contacted through social media. 
 
Skills Used 
I had to use my IT skills throuhout my time there. I had to do a lot of independant work outside of work hours because of other commitments which meant i managed my time excellently.
